Bought some real watercolors (not the Crayola schoolkid ones I've been using since gradeschool) and am trying to learn to use them. This is a first attempt, a simple sketch of Lucco just to try and get a feel for them:

Some more character work as well as some inking practice. Just for fun.

More boxers. I had someone ask me to develop one of the characters that appeared only as part of a background montage. Seemed like it might be fun to put an alligator through the fite filters and I could certainly use the practice for character design. This is just an initial sketch to get a better idea.
