New Year's card. I've done a few of these over the years, but not consistently or often enough. The mythical village at Year's End is almost more a feeling than a place. To me, it's eternally night, a quiet little place where the only sounds besides snowfall and light winds are people huddled together happily, partying. It only exists at one point in time and yet, it's always there. Dunno. It makes sense to me somehow. Anyway, Happy New Year's, all.

Hmmmm
You are giving me ideas. Maybe a New Years card would be more interesting than a Christmas card next year....

I like them because they're totally non-denominational and, besides staying up and partying, there's no particular tradition associated with it. So you can make up whatever you want. :"D

well there is that "make the taxi pull over so you can vomit on the street in front of 1000 people" tradition. Seems very popular wherever I live!
