goodness mr Wig! These get better and better. I hadn't compared the originals to the new before and you can really see a huge advance in your technique and colour usage. The colours are really rich now. I hope you are proud of your work!
Thanks, Vince! It's a frustration to finally be able to draw the otters this easily now that the comic's long done. It's why I'm redrawing what I am. And I miss the little guy.
have you given up on your animations tests? this wold look great as a little animated project ;)
I have a big PBS thing to work on that will hopefully finish next week and pay right away. I really need to get a check sooner than later. On the good side, it's getting me more noticed and I might have a couple other things coming up including a feature film job.
I just don't have time to learn to animate, really, what with the full time job. So yes, I have left that aside. Some day, perhaps. And I was told by a Disney rep that my stuff "screamed to be animated." Fite especially. But I don't have the skills to do it right.
Good luck on the feature job! That sounds promising!
Disney had their shot! :"D I think Fite would need to be animated in the style of 40s WB cartoons to work properly. And that's just too much skill I don't have to try it. If you want to, go ahead. :"D

I agree with the Disney rep... so why aren't they animating your stuff? Maybe I'll find a way to take a stab it!
