Did a little sketch today before wasting lots of time playing the new Zelda, which I enjoy quite a bit. Their character design is really good but damn, I'm glad I don't have to draw it for a comic or anything. This is pared down in detail in comparison and it took too long. Still, just a bit of fun.

I can't put my finger on why but lately your work seems more 'luminous" . Something about the colour palette.
The color palette in this image comes from the game. As for the other stuff, Ghiroy, I'm using much brighter colors than usual. Maybe that's it?
Maybe! maybe it's the outline too, maybe in my head it reads like a glow or something.

Me and my husband have been collecting your works for a while now and he really loves Zelda so I think he would really love this one!
Howdy! Collecting my works? I'm guessing you mean digitally as I don't usually make prints. I hadn't thought to print this one as Link isn't my character. I could send you a higher res version of the image if you want to print it yourself? Would that do?
