Finished this today. When I went to bed last night, I knew I wanted to add just a little dimensionality to the piece which meant some shadows, something I don't usually do. I also removed the dark patch in the foreground as it really wasn't adding anything and I enlarged and re-cropped the composition to better fill the space. All in all, I'm pretty happy with it. I hope the Brattle stands forever.

Shouldn't there be a large poster on the wall for the premiere of "The Picnic"? You have been going through some of your older unfinished work and crossing them off the "uncompleted list" lately!
