A selection of the sketches used to make some of the Drawtober images. I'm trying to loosen up my drawing. To that end, I'm erasing a lot less and trying not to go over lines too much, either. This leaves more to do in the inking stage but that retains some of the energy, I think. Messy because I'm drawing on both sides of the page.

These are tighter than I imagined they would be, you can really see the work you put into them. I like you using both sides of the paper... mostly because you doing that gave me two inked drawings of yours in my alcove!

Heh, well you did get two but you can only see one. :D These are all like 30 minutes and less, sometimes a LOT less. The one of the coyote on the skateboard was five minutes tops. I made it while speaking to someone online as he mentioned liking that character. There was a LOT more done in the inking stage. Thanks, Vince!
