An alternate or first version of page one. Didn't think the pose was interesting enough though more 'true,' as I posed for it. Sometimes it's hard to get that balance of fantasy and reality. I'm also doing something new with this comic in that it's in the format of most American comics; I'm using the professional blue lined blank pages and everything. Because hey, I can always hope someone will want to publish this, right?

Published or not the work will be great, inhave nomdoubts about that. My pal Ralph is trying to get his graphic novel published but he doesnt get it will have to be scanned in and all that... he thunks he can self publish by photocopying all 160 pages of it. He is 82+ years old now so i am trying to convince him to at least let me scan and prepare the work in case he finds a publisher!
Man, photocopy? That's not... well, depends on what he means by publish, right? Good luck convincing him. Paper and Xerox won't cut it these days unless he's talking like 5 copies at the local comic shop.
he has sold all his paper dolls books over the decades by colour photocopying them...he doesn't quite get how much things have changed and how much better it will be if he goes another route. At the VERY least I want to scan his graphic noel and make a blurb version or even a version with amazon he could actually sell!
