This is the latest version of this. Still not happy with it. There's a certain...I hate to use this term...'magic' missing from it. Feels too...honestly dull. So I'll either put it aside to come back later or try a different approach. Even the subject admits that it looks more like him. For me, there's just no...oomph.

Maybe not super exiting but i like the composition. He still looks contemplative to me and I like those sort of portraits.
