Redid this again. Didn't feel I had the likeness and I knew how to get it. But the colors were just feeling dull. So I aimed well outside my usual and ended up liking it. For now. If I obsess over this any more, it'll just end up junk.
I don't usually do this, but here's the reference photo from a screen grab I took during an episode of Portrait Artist of the Year.

Thanks for the photo reference! Seeing I understand what you were unhappy with about the likeness and see how much better that is now. The colour looks interesting with this image too!
