maybe it's just me, but I see some simulatities in the sad boy stuff and the abstract stuff. Sort of a "tone" and technique thing. The sad boy stuff is interesting, but it's the sort of thing I'd go in for isn't it?
One of the similarities is that I used the same brush. :"D Another thing that's similar is that I don't erase on any of these; I paint over with another color, in this case, white. Other than that, one is of something definitive the others aren't. At least, they're not meant to be.
