This one took three tries. The first sketch was loose and the finished piece didn't work for me. The second one was too literal and felt dead, with nothing special. This one is more distorted and I like it the best. It's based on a French artist I follow on Instagram, Clement Louis. He posted a photo of himself, I grabbed it and decided to play with it. I'm waiting for the takedown notice. :D

I found the reference photo, this really looks like great! He is a stuffy hottie it seems so more likely than a take down he will love the attention and demand to be best friends with you immediately. Isn't that how it always works?
I like a lot of his paintings as well. As it turns out, he gave me a "merci" and a heart, so I guess things are ok. As to being friends, don't see that happening. Thanks!
I guess you never know how people will react but I would have been surprised if he reacted badly to that illustration. It’s really good and I am sure he was flattered by it.
