This one goes back awhile. I did a few tiny touchups tonight and decided that it was done. Threw it into AD, used the Rembrandt palette, which I am in love with, and called this one done. It's British comedian, Johnny Vegas. I don't think it's my favorite portrait, but I think it's solid and nicely loose.

New art! yeah! A great way to start my day! The self portrait looks good, you have been in muted mode lately and that will certainly wake one up. I have to research the evolution of man some more this weekend. I have drawn 12 skulls for a poster to give my brother but I need to figure out how to present them and what I am missing. I also spent a couple days searching the US library of congress looking for lists of epitaphs in the Dorchester North Burying ground from the 1600s to 1910 because... well why explain? I am sure that doesn't surprise you in the least! LOL
Thanks for looking! Why are you doing that poster for your brother, is that something he's interested in? As for your research, the only thing that surprises me is that you haven't already done it! :D
I did it already for Copps hill burying ground. LOL My brother really likes the idea and requested it a while back, now he bought his own place it seemed a good time to actually do it. It's a lot of research and work though!
