Bunch of stuff from yesterday and today. Quick post. The red and blue lined drawing was done through Photoshop for a layout for an upcoming Ghiroy page. Should do that more often as it's a really good way of drawing more than one character together. The three ink drawings were done one after another today, the more realistic one being done from a photo, and the subsequent ones just using the previous drawing. Abstracting is easier that way.

wow, that is a lot of work! I love the selfies, they all still look you and are radically different at the same time. Ghiroy looks terribly dramatic n that sketch!

I am sure i get more looking at your stuff than you get from my goofy comments. People look at my blog, not many but a few no one really comments on anything but you now and then. I find your work and your drive to jeep doing it inspiring.
I'll admit sometimes I don't know what to say, but that comes more to some of the things you write about (usually software reviews) and not the work. I get so close to stopping or at least not posting but you can't stop really, can you? If you get a chance, watch the movie on Chuck Close by Arthouse films. He's a quadriplegic and has done his best work since his disease. Now THAT'S inspiring.
that film is on the list now. I never want to stop doing my stuff, but I do want to just do it in the peace and quiet of some secluded spot and never show anyone it again at times. It's funny my software comments get looked at more than anything else when I check the statistics. I write them because I never read reviews from the point of view of the user with little to know budget who does put everything on an expense account or get a free copy to review from the maker.
